Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or a store credit for a damaged or incorrect order, please provide the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect product, as well as the shipping box.

Please send this information to info@HullandBay.com. We will review your claim and, if approved, we will send a replacement of the affected items or issue a store credit. Please do not discard the damaged items until you have received confirmation from us.

We do not offer refunds for damaged or incorrect orders; we will only provide a replacement or store credit.
